Welcome to White Orchid Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, booking our services, or visiting our spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

White Orchid Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Booking & Reservation Policy

• All spa appointments require advance booking. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
• A valid credit/debit card or other payment method may be required to secure your booking.
• For group bookings (3 or more people), a non-refundable deposit may be required.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to enjoy the full duration of your treatment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To respect the time of our therapists and other clients, we have implemented the following policy:

• Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may be charged.
• No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
• Package Treatments: One treatment will be deducted from your package for no-shows or late cancellations.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Gift certificates and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Any promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.

Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs when booking your appointment.

• Clients with certain medical conditions may require a doctor's note before receiving specific treatments.
• Pregnant clients should inform us during booking as some treatments may not be suitable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may adversely affect your health.
• Please keep your personal belongings secure. White Orchid Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Service Terms

• The minimum age for spa treatments is 16 years. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may compromise the safety of our staff or other clients.
• Our therapists are trained professionals. Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Treatment times include consultation and changing time. The actual hands-on treatment time may be slightly less than the advertised time.

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Treatment packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards and packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Liability & Disclaimer

White Orchid Spa strives to provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. However, we are not liable for:

• Any allergic reactions to products used during treatments, unless previously disclosed allergies were ignored.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the spa premises.
• Any medical complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.
• Minor variations in treatment results due to individual skin types, body chemistry, or other personal factors.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these limitations of liability.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our complete Privacy Policy is available separately and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• We collect personal information only for the purpose of providing our services and improving your experience.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• All client information and treatment details are kept strictly confidential.
• We may occasionally send promotional offers or updates to clients who have opted to receive them.
